Because every plate is made to your specification, we can only offer a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
This lets us raise a courier claim quickly and get a replacement dispatched to you as fast as possible. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted, though we’ll always consider genuine exceptional circumstances.

Approved replacements are made and dispatched with free delivery. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
All Plates2U number plates carry a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
